- Comment: I had an anal fistula and underwent laser fistulotomy performed by Dr. Tarikh Akhter Khan. Alhamdulillah, the surgery was successful, and the pain was much less compared to the conventional fistulotomy procedure. My recovery was smooth, and I am very satisfied with the treatment. Dr. Tarikh Akhter Khan is a skilled and caring doctor, and I highly recommend him.
